Process Engineering Leader
Role: Develop and improve manufacturing processes and product quality by studying product and manufacturing methods. This role will report to Production Manager.
Scope of work:
Process Engineering Leader will develop and evaluate production processes. He or she will participate in the design, scheduling, building and finalizing of production lines, will plan work flow, space requirements, production capacity and equipment layout; will calculate production, labor and material costs. Process Engineering Leader will be responsible for measuring key processes using statistical control instruments; preparation of manufacturing documents, work instructions and cycle times for new product production. In this role the candidate is expected to identify and solve technical problems in production, initiate Lean activities, waste elimination; introduce safety procedures and quality standards.
