• Lead and direct the Human Resource team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business
• Implement new HR  policies, procedures and processes
• Manage talent and succession planning, taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity and campaigns
• Measure employee satisfaction and identify areas that require improvement
• Reward advise and employees support on company benefits
• Work with senior managers, advising them on all people issues
• Coach managers on performance management issues and processes
• Implement the training and development agenda; identify areas that need attention and improvement; provide guidance on development for managers and their teams
• Deal with complex disciplinary and HR issues, using HR and company knowledge
• Manage HR budgets
• Managing a team of HR managers
• Reporting to CEO
