Обов'язки:

The Plant Manager will be responsible for communicating the corporate strategy, goals, targets and missions to all employees ensuring that the overall plan is understood and carried out in line with the business plan; will hold responsibility for the development, planning and maintenance of capital equipment and buildings; will oversee all production activities to ensure the manufacture, assembly, supply and on time delivery of parts in a cost effective manner.

Key tasks of the job:

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations tasks directly related to product
• Monitor production performance on a daily / weekly basis and formulate corrective actions, where necessary
• Define a site specific business plan (CAPEX) in line with corporate requirements
• Organise the plant’s capacity and technical capabilities to meet the planned production schedules
• Maintain an effective cost reduction and continuous improvement program utilising business tools such as Lean, 5s, Six Sigma, FMEA etc
• Ensure equipment, machine tools necessary to maintain production are up to standard rates
• Ensure adequate training of Engineering, Quality and Maintenance personnel.
• Ensure all systems, processes and activities focus on the business and customers needs
• Ensure legal compliance of all activities related to plant operation, health, safety, welfare and human resources for production, engineering, quality and maintenance departments.
