Обов'язки:

The objectives of this role re to ensure the company is operating within the law; provide legal advisory services, ensure effective management of legal and contractual risks and efficient management of the Legal department.

• Monitor compliance with statutory obligations and advise management accordingly;
• Provide and interpret legal information, disseminate appropriate legal requirements;
• Represent and protect the company interests in courts and at different levels of authority, manage progress of outstanding litigation;
• Review and draft contracts, agreements and internal policies and ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory or legal requirements; assess implications that need to be brought to the executive management’s attention;
• Provide legal protection and risk management advice to management and shareholders;
• Provide continuous leadership, supervision, training and development of department staff ensuring an effective and motivated team.
