Обов'язки:

• Recruit employees; assign, direct, and evaluate their work;
• Coordinate and direct projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and to integrate engineering activities;
• Ensure work procedures and manufacturing methods lead towards increasing of productivity at work and are realized in a correct, standardized manner;
• Direct, review, and approve product designs, technical specifications and changes;
• Provide technical analysis of projects, including preliminary design, layout, duration calculations, costs and selection of necessary equipment;
• Plan and direct installation, testing, operation, maintenance of equipment;
• Establish and coordinate execution of continuous improvement plans for quality, productivity, costs and ergonomics;
• Approve preparation and reading of visual aids;
• Supervise inventory of technical means and usage of tools;
• Collaborate with other departments in finding the best technological solutions for the existing problems and propose change procedures in production.
