The main role is to provide legal counseling and legal support to a green field operation in Lviv.

• Prepare necessary documents and help create a legal entity,
• Perform all necessary state registration procedures required by the law of Ukraine
• Provide support of the company day-to day activities
• Act as a legal advisor to management of the company
