• Estimate product cost, including material, labor and equipment, based on customers’ RFQs
• Supervise process of new product implementation from business award till serial production phase
• Prepare production process documentation
• Identify and lead cost saving initiatives for new and existing projects
• Support value engineering activities and provide recommendations to improve profitability within cross-functional cost optimization team
• Provide cost monitoring and gap analysis for assigned product groups
• Develop standard production time tables based on Methods Time Management
• Support continuous improvement processes for costing tools and methodology
