Обов'язки:
- Communicate with the company management, stakeholders, employees on a day-to-day basis
- Welcome guests and customers
- Make arrangements for visa applications, hotel and flight booking, apartment rentals etc.
- Prepare presentations, drafts of advertisements for PR actions
- Process / redirect incoming documents, like agreements, invoices, inquiries etc
