Обов'язки:
  • Communicate with the company management, stakeholders, employees on a day-to-day basis
  • Welcome guests and customers
  • Make arrangements for visa applications, hotel and flight booking, apartment rentals etc.
  • Prepare presentations, drafts of advertisements for PR actions
  • Process / redirect incoming documents, like agreements, invoices, inquiries etc
