Role: Plan, develop, test and improve technical processes, manufacturing systems and equipment to ensure continuous production and quality of product. This role reports to Head of Engineering

• Industrial Engineering Leader  will manage the production lines on a daily basis ensuring fast resolution of mechanical, manufacturing or design issues;
• will be part of the team executing the continuous improvement plan and responsible for quality, productivity, costs and ergonomics.
• He will do technical analysis of projects: preliminary design, life cycle calculation and necessary equipment and will develop technical specs of product implementation.
• Industrial Engineering Leader  will develop the equipment maintenance plan, supervise planning and usage of all working tools, prepare and interpret visual aids. He is expected to evaluate and improve manufacturing methods using lean methodology and quality standards; revise and propose modifications for technical processes.
