• Establishes projects goals and monitors achievements
• Manages and motivates a production processes improvement  team;
• Follows technical tests of equipment;  finds, selects, negotiates and completes contacts with suppliers of operational equipment;
• Examines and analyses new products, follows a series production, takes necessary steps and implements action plans
• Develops a budget, manages costs, initiates corrections in case of deviations, controls demand in labour
• Initiates changes, optimizes and introduces new production processes to meet customer requirements, quality standards, work safety and environment protection;
• Cooperates with other departments, prepares presentations and reports.
