• Ensure quality of production, processes and product for maximum customer satisfaction.
• This role will report to Quality Manager.
• Represent customer in the production, coordinate production systems, processes, product audits to ensure compliance with customer quality requirements.
• The candidate is expected to assess customer satisfaction, analyze and handle warranty returns, initiate quality improvement plans.
• He or she will introduce effective quality tools and methods, implement quality improvement action plans.
• Quality Engineering Leader will manage a team of Quality Engineers.
