Обов'язки:

• Initiate and develop processes and procedures to ensure quality in the production unit.
• Implement and support the company quality standards
• Introduce and monitor quality management improvement processes, create new quality standards and norms
• Lead initiates to improve quality of products
• Organize inspections of incoming raw materials and components, as well as finished products if they meeting the company quality standards
• Provide guidance in determining causes of quality deterioration, suggest a plan of actions
• Create quality management reports
• Initiate analysis of claims and follow-up actions with suppliers and clients
• Train, manage and assess a team of quality engineers and technicians
• Conduct internal audits
